BIM Building Information Modeling

3-D modeling design services. Provided as standard service with all design/engineering projects. Available for architectural/design phase, also used for Q&A during on-site construction administration with builders/sub contractors.

Structural Condition Assessment

Structural assessment of existing buildings and provide recommendations regarding potential structural modifications based on site conditions, as well as current and future design considerations.
Requires on-site inspection; travel fees applied separately.

Log and Timber Grading

Certified Log Grader through the National Association of Home Builders' Log and Timber Homes Council. 
Requires on-site inspection; travel fees applied separately.

Forensic Engineering Services

Limited-scope forensic services including post-fire assessment  and general structural failure. 

Requires on-site assessment; travel fees applied separately. Remediation planning/design services are available for additional fee.

Construction Management/Assessment Service

This service can be contracted for intermittent, real-time, on-site inspection for compliance with design/build specification during construction.  Available as an additional service on projects designed by K&M Structural Engineering.
